CCC operates an internal employee SMS alert system that sends automated text messages when laboratory instrument parameters (temperature, pH) fall outside acceptable safety ranges. This is a safety-critical system for laboratory personnel.

2. Message Frequency

Messages are sent only when an out-of-range condition is detected. Frequency varies based on instrument status; typically 0–5 messages per day.

3. Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details.

4. Eligibility

This service is available to CCC employees enrolled by management. Enrollment is part of standard laboratory safety procedures.

5. Opt-Out

6. Liability
