Cell Culture Company, LLC (“CCC”, “we”, “us”) operates an internal SMS notification system for employee safety alerts.

1. Information We Collect

We collect employee mobile phone numbers solely for the purpose of delivering critical laboratory instrument alarm notifications.

2. How We Use Your Information

Phone numbers are used exclusively to send automated safety alert text messages when laboratory instrument parameters fall outside acceptable ranges. We do not use this information for marketing purposes.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share employee phone numbers with any third party, except as required by our SMS service provider (Twilio) to deliver messages.

4. Data Retention

Phone numbers are retained only as long as the employee is enrolled in the alert system. Numbers are removed upon employee offboarding.

5. Opt-Out

Employees may reply STOP to any message to be removed from the alert list, or contact rthompson @ cellcultureco.com to be removed manually.
